[ffplay] failed to stop playing encrypted m3u8 manifest when it's buffering

Summary of the bug:
when i play encrypted(EXT-X-KEY) m3u8 manifests with ffplay and stop the player when it's requesting for the a segment it keep asking for the rest of the segments untill the last segment the same happen in mpv but i think it's a ffmpeg bug.
the log is long and the only change is the number of the segment, i skipped the repeated part.

Is this issue reproducible with current FFmpeg git head?
How do you stop FFplay?

i will compile it now from the master branch and test if it reproducible.
for stoping. in the video window i click on q key to stop the playback.

sorry this the first time, next time i will try the git master branch before reporting any issue.
