Description

Summary of the bug:
Some WMV files are failing to transcode to FLV, with a "Packets are not in the proper order with respect to DTS" warning followed by a "av_interleaved_write_frame(): Invalid argument" error. However, transcode to an MP4 with the same audio and video codecs succeeds.

Unfortunately, I couldn't upload the input file, as it was too big (and cutting it down caused other problems).
