Afaict, the dnxhd encoder ignores the input framerate, could you test the following?

$ ffmpeg -f lavfi -i testsrc=s=hd1080:r=24 -t 10 -pix_fmt yuv422p -video_track_timescale 24 -vb 36 out36.mov
$ ffmpeg -f lavfi -i testsrc=s=hd1080:r=24 -t 10 -pix_fmt yuv422p -video_track_timescale 24 -vb 120 out115.mov
$ ffmpeg -f lavfi -i testsrc=s=hd1080:r=24 -t 10 -pix_fmt yuv422p -video_track_timescale 24 -vb 175 out175.mov
$ ffmpeg -f lavfi -i testsrc=s=hd1080:r=24 -t 10 -pix_fmt yuv422p10 -video_track_timescale 24 -vb 175 out175x.mov
$ ffmpeg -f lavfi -i testsrc=s=hd1080:r=24 -t 10 -pix_fmt yuv422p10 -video_track_timescale 24 -vb 365 out350x.mov

Could you provide a "DNxHD 80" sample?
