Though haven't carefully reviewed.

My apologies for cannot actively follow-up the issue. (at least recently)
The description and the linked comments should be clear:
|1| The cutoff appears to be 20,000 Hz.
|2| A trivial performance note about "-application lowdelay" not mentioned.
